Air freshener.

New Distance Chart

Greeting team! Well they have done it, yep RAGNAR has done what many people had warned me about, they changed the length of some legs that you will be running (see chart).
Genevieve, are you training for a marathon after RAGNAR? Because if your not you should be with what you will be running. From 18.2 total miles to 21 total miles! The most of anyone on the team. But I have to give a shout out to Suzie and Crystal they are both running 18+ miles. Go girls! Go van #1!
On a serious note, if any of you have a problem with what you are running, please let me know and we will see what we can do about it.

Team Timed Run Change

Team, Tyler mentioned the teamed time run on the 27th, because of many conflicts that involves a good part of the team we are going to move the team timed run to the 20th of April. Sorry!

The good news about moving it is that it will give all of us more time to train, yea! The bad news is it could conflicts with other things. I promise we won’t move it from this date. Why you ask? Because the FINAL team roster has to be in by the middle of that next week.

I hope this doesn’t create too many problems for some of you. If you know you can’t make the 20th of April, let me know and I will set something up with you. I don’t have a problem with the 27th and so we could go ahead and do a timed run on this morning for all of those that can’t make the 20th.

While I’m writing this I might as well post some other dates that we would like you to mark on your calendar for team meetings:

March 20th After team run.
April 24th After team timed run, Very Important!
May 22nd After team run.
June 12th Before team run, MANDATORY, Please come!

I hope you all have signed up on the team blog and are getting the emails when information is posted on it. I think there are some good things that are being posted as well as you can make comments about the things that are being posted. Which is a good way to get to know the rest of the team. We would love to hear from you.

I will post these dates on the blog.
